What is the good idea?

The city-owned Ropid Company, which runs the underground trains in Prague, has come up with a novel way to get people to use public transport instead of their cars - the "Love Train". 

They want to allocate the last carriage of certain trains to be "singles-only" carriages, for people who are looking for love. 

Filip Drápal, spokesman for ROPID, said "We want to show people there are activities you can do on public transport that are much more interesting than sitting in traffic ... in the metro you can already read and learn, so why not find a partner?” 

It gives new meaning to the term "speed-dating", don't you think?
